- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, pour water, soy sauce, vinegar, then mix.
- Carefully crack your egg into the soy sauce water, then place in the microwave for 1 minute.
- With a wooden spoon, release the cooked egg whites from the bottom of the bowl then microwave again for 15 seconds. Repeat this process of gently stirring the egg then microwaving in 15 second bursts, until the egg is evenly cooked. (Tip: If you microwave for longer intervals the egg can explode, so be careful!)
- Top immi ramen with your soy sauce poached egg, and enjoy!
