  • 1 egg
  • 1 cooked immi noodles
  • 1 tsp chilli oil

Instructions

  1. Place the egg in a deep bowl, then pour enough boiling water to submerge the egg.
  2. Cover the bowl with saran wrap, then let the egg sit for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Crack the onsen egg into a bowl of immi ramen, drizzle 1 teaspoon of chilli oil, and enjoy!
