Instructions
- Place the egg in a deep bowl, then pour enough boiling water to submerge the egg.
- Cover the bowl with saran wrap, then let the egg sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Crack the onsen egg into a bowl of immi ramen, drizzle 1 teaspoon of chilli oil, and enjoy!
