- 1 leaf baby bok choy
- ¼ cup of cooked immi noodles
- 1 fried tofu, sliced
- 1 tbsp mushrooms, finely chopped
- ¼ cup carrots, julienned
- 1 green onions
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp furikake
- 1 cup immi Black Garlic “Chicken” soup
Instructions
- Put baby bok choy in a mason jar and add cooked immi noodles.
- Next, add fried tofu and chopped mushrooms.
- Put chopped carrots and add another cooked immi noodles.
- Layer another piece of fried tofu and chopped carrots.
- Then, add chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Sprinkle in furikake and put 1 cup of immi Black Garlic “Chicken” soup.
