Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cooked sticky rice
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 ripe, sliced mango
Sauce:
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk and sugar. Add cooked sticky rice, and mix until well combined.
- Set aside and let the rice soak in the coconut milk mixture for 10 minutes.
- For the sauce, mix all of the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute.
- Plate coconut sticky rice and sliced mangos, then pour the coconut sauce over the rice. Optionally, top with sesame seeds or yellow mung beans. Enjoy!
