1 Black Garlic Chicken immi

¼ block of firm tofu, cubed

2 tbsp edamame

2 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced

¼ cup kimchi, chopped

1 tbsp kimchi juice
Instructions

In a medium pot, add 1.5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the spice packet, mushrooms, tofu, edamame, kimchi and juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Add immi noodles and cook for 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
