½ carrot, sliced

¼ cup steamed spinach

¼ onion, sliced

1 cup mushroom

1 tsp chopped garlic

Cooked immi ramen noodles in Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu

1 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 tbsp sesame oil
-
½ tsp ground pepper

Garnish sesame seed
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté all of the vegetables with a tablespoon of sesame oil.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked immi ramen noodles with soy sauce, remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, black pepper, and sautéed vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
