Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 68 whole cloves
  • ΒΌ tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom, or 5 cardamom pods
  • 12 fresh ginger slices
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 teaspoons black tea
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions

  1. Pour water, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns, cardamom, ginger and sugar into a large pot over medium-high heat. Stir until the water begins to simmer and the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Lower the heat, add the black tea and oat milk. Let the mixture come to a boil, then take it off the heat. Strain the mixture, pour over ice and enjoy!
