Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6–8 whole cloves
- ΒΌ tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp ground cardamom, or 5 cardamom pods
- 1–2 fresh ginger slices
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 teaspoons black tea
- 1 cup oat milk
Instructions
- Pour water, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns, cardamom, ginger and sugar into a large pot over medium-high heat. Stir until the water begins to simmer and the sugar has dissolved.
- Lower the heat, add the black tea and oat milk. Let the mixture come to a boil, then take it off the heat. Strain the mixture, pour over ice and enjoy!
