- 3 slices milk bread
- Crunchy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- Splash of oat milk
- Vegetable oil
- Toppings: Butter, sweetened condensed milk, peanuts
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on the bread slices, then stack. Optionally, cut off the crusts.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a splash of milk.
- Dip the peanut butter sandwich in the egg mixture.
- In a large pan, fry the coated peanut butter sandwich until golden brown (2-3 minutes each side).
- Top with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk, pat of butter, and lots of chopped peanuts.
