Ingredients

1 Tom Yum “Shrimp” immi spice packet

3 eggs

1 cup water

½ tbsp sesame oil
Instructions

In a heavy bottomed pot, whisk together the immi spice packet, eggs, water, and sesame oil until the mixture is smooth.

Cover and let the mixture simmer over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.

Once the egg begins to set at the bottom of the pot, gently stir the mixture, then cover for another 5 minutes.

Top the fluffy gyeranjjim with green onion, and dig in!
