Grilled Bok Choy

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz. bok choy
  • 1 cooked immi ramen

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, put 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar.
  2. Next, add 1 tsp of agave and whisk the basting sauce together.
  3. Take some bok choy and cut them lengthwise.
  4. Drizzle the bok choy with a tablespoon of olive oil and mix it up.
  5. Grilled the bok choy for 2 to 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Brush the veggies with the sauce before grilling the other side.
  7. Serve it with the cooked immi ramen.
