- 1 immi noodle packet
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 green onion
- Optional: parmesan
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat up the butter and oil over medium-high heat.
- Next, add in the minced garlic and cook until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, black pepper and cooked immi ramen noodles.
- Stir until everything is well combined over medium-low heat.
- Top with sliced green onions and grated parmesan.
