- 3 tbsp of cooked rice
- 1 spam
- 1 seaweed
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp of immi noodles
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup panko mix
- ½ cup mayo
- 3 tbsp of sriracha
Instructions
- Pack some rice, immi noodles, spam into musubi mold.
- Wrap it with seaweed and hold it together using some pieces of rice.
- Dip into ½ white flour, 2 eggs, and ¼ cup of panko mix for batter.
- Shallow fry both sides for 30 seconds or until golden brown.
- Prepare the dipping sauce and mix ½ cup of mayo and 3 tbsp of sriracha.
