- 1 immi ramen packet
- ¼ block of firm tofu, cut into thin squares
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Green onions and sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and add 1 tbsp of neutral oil. Fry tofu squares on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.
- Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil until well combined. Add drained noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Top ramen with fried tofu, green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
