1 immi ramen packet

4 thin slices Japanese sweet potato

1 oyster mushroom, thinly sliced

2 slices of fish cake

2 cups water

2 tsp hondashi

1 Tbsp mirin

1 tsp sugar

1 ½ tbsp soy sauce

½ soft boiled egg

Green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

In a medium pot, add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Then, add the hondashi, mirin, sugar and soy sauce. Stir until sugar is melted and everything is well combined.

Add the sweet potatoes and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Then, add the fish cake and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the immi ramen noodles and cook for 6 minutes.

Plate your ramen and top with a soft boiled egg and green onions. Enjoy!
