Egg Salad Ramen

Ingredients

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Add green onions, salt and pepper to taste, rice vinegar, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  3. Top your ramen with egg salad and chili oil!
