1 immi ramen packet

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tbsp Chinese black vinegar

½ tbsp oyster sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1 green onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped

½ tsp sugar

Kosher salt to taste
Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Slice your cucumber into thin slices using a mandoline and place slices inside the deli container. Add the drained immi noodles directly into the container.

Then, add soy sauce, black vinegar, oyster sauce, green onion, cilantro, garlic, sugar and salt to taste. Put the lid on and shake well.
