- 1 packet Spicy Red Miso immi
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 2 oz grated parmesan
- ½ immi spice packet
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 seaweed snack sheet, thinly sliced
- Hot garlic oil
- Fried shallots
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook 1-2 minutes under the suggested cook time until al dente. Reserve ½ cup ramen water, then drain the ramen.
- Add the butter, miso and ½ cup ramen water to the pot and whisk over medium heat until miso breaks down, 1-2 minutes.
- Add half the spice packet, the ramen noodles and parmesan. Stir vigorously until cheese is melted and sauce emulsifies. Season with black pepper to taste.
- Plate ramen and top with hot garlic oil, seaweed and fried shallots. Squeeze some lemon and enjoy!
