Ingredients

- 5 oz. gin
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 oz. fat washed gin
- 1 oz. cocchi americano
- 1 oz. cointreau
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ice
- 1 tsp absinthe wash
Instructions
- In a jar put 1 oz. of gin and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Give it a shake and freeze overnight.
- Strain the fat-washed gin and put 1 oz. of it in the shaker.
- Add add 1 oz. cocchi americano and 1 oz. of cointreau,
- Squeeze and add 1 oz. of lemon juice along with some ice. Give it a shake.
- Add absinthe to the frosted glass and swirl.
- Strain and pour into the glass.
- Put lemon zest or peel into the glass.
