- 1 mushroom
- 1 garlic
- ¼ carrot
- 1 celery
- 1 green onion
- ½ cabbage
- ½ onions
- 1 cooked immi noodle
- 1 tbsp dark soy
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ¼ tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the veggies and sliced mushrooms, garlic, carrots, celery, green onions, cabbage and onions.
- In a pan with oil, stir-fry the vegetables. Set it aside.
- Put the cooked immi noodles in the pan and add the stir-fried veggies.
- Add 1 tbsp dark soy and 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
- Sprinkle ¼ tsp white pepper and transfer it to another plate.
