- 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ tbsp chili oil
- ¼ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Thai chili, thinly sliced
- Green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned, about 3 minutes. Set aside.

In the same pan over medium heat, heat chili oil until sizzling. Crack the egg and cook until the whites are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to instructions.

Top your ramen with the chili crisp egg, bell pepper, thai chili, green onion and more chili oil, if desired. Enjoy!
