1 Spicy Red Miso immi packet

1 hot dog

¼ can Spam, sliced

¼ cup kimchi

¼ small yellow onion, thinly sliced

¼ block firm tofu, drained and sliced

½ bunch of enoki mushrooms

½ tbsp gochujang

½ tbsp garlic, minced

1 slice American cheese

1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

In a medium pot, arrange all of the proteins and produce around the perimeter of the pot. Add the gochujang, garlic and the immi ramen spice packet in the center.

Pour 2 cups of water over everything and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the immi noodles and cook for 4 minutes.

Add the cheese and green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.

Plate the budae jjigae and top with more green onions. Enjoy!
