Budae Jjigae

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Spicy Red Miso immi packet
  • 1 hot dog
  • ¼ can Spam, sliced
  • ¼ cup kimchi
  • ¼ small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ block firm tofu, drained and sliced
  • ½ bunch of enoki mushrooms
  • ½ tbsp gochujang
  • ½ tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, arrange all of the proteins and produce around the perimeter of the pot. Add the gochujang, garlic and the immi ramen spice packet in the center.
  2. Pour 2 cups of water over everything and bring to a boil over medium high heat.  Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the immi noodles and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add the cheese and green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Plate the budae jjigae and top with more green onions. Enjoy!
