Ingredients

  • 1 Japanese Sweet Potato
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave

Instructions

  1. Poke holes all over the sweet potato, then place it on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake the sweet potato for 20-30 minutes at 375 F.
  3. Slice the potato in half, then sprinkle sugar evenly on the surface. Broil for 4-5 minutes, or until the sugar begins to caramelize.
  4. Top with ice cream, agave, and dig in immediately!
