- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 big head of broccoli, separate into florets
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chilli paste
- 2 tbsp mayo
- furikake
Instructions
- Cut some ginger and 1 clove of garlic.
- Drop the broccoli in a pot and let it boil for two minutes. Strain once done.
- Create sauce by mixing 1 tsp of mirin, 1 tsp of sake, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and 2 tbsp of chilli paste. Mix it all together.
- Saute the garlic and ginger in a pan and add the sauce. Let it bubble.
- Stir in the broccoli for a minute to the mixture.
- Transfer it to the bowl and add 2 tbsp of mayo.
- Serve it with a sprinkle of furikake seasoning.
