- 1 immi ramen packet
- 4 oz kimchi, finely chopped
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ cup cucumber, cut into matchsticks
- Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds and hard boiled egg
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, rinse under cold water and drain. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together kimchi, water, gochujang, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Plate ramen noodles in a bowl and add kimchi mixture. Mix well until noodles are fully coated. Top with cucumber, egg, green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy right away!
