- 8 oz. shiitake mushrooms
- 1 oz. water
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp homemade teriyaki sauce
- 1 immi in Black Garlic “Chicken” ramen
Instructions
- Start with a dry pan and put the shiitake mushrooms.
- Add 1 ounce of water and cook it for about 2 minutes.
- Then add 1 teaspoon of oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Stir the mushrooms for about 1 minute and until they look golden brown.
- Turn off the heat and add 4 tablespoons of homemade teriyaki sauce.
- Once the teriyaki sauce has been reduced, it’s good to add to the cooked immi ramen in Black Garlic “Chicken”.
