Ingredients

  • 8 oz. shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 oz. water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp homemade teriyaki sauce
  • 1  immi in Black Garlic “Chicken” ramen

Instructions

  1. Start with a dry pan and put the shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Add 1 ounce of water and cook it for about 2 minutes.
  3. Then add 1 teaspoon of oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Stir the mushrooms for about 1 minute and until they look golden brown.
  5. Turn off the heat and add 4 tablespoons of homemade teriyaki sauce.
  6. Once the teriyaki sauce has been reduced, it’s good to add to the cooked immi ramen in Black Garlic “Chicken”.
