60g frozen corn

75g carrots, thinly sliced

50g kimchi

150g roasted chicken

150g hardboiled eggs

75g scallions

1 Black Garlic “Chicken” immi
Instructions

Heat a small pot over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil and the frozen corn, and sauté until slightly browned, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the spice packet along with the carrots, then lower the heat to medium. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Then, add the noodles and cook for 6 minutes.

Assemble your ramen and top with the corn, carrots, roasted chicken, hardboiled eggs, kimchi and scallions. Enjoy!
