Anxiety Reducing Ramen

Ingredients

Servings: 2

  • 60g frozen corn
  • 75g carrots, thinly sliced
  • 50g kimchi
  • 150g roasted chicken
  • 150g hardboiled eggs
  • 75g scallions
  • 1 Black Garlic “Chicken” immi

Instructions

  1. Heat a small pot over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil and the frozen corn, and sauté until slightly browned, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the spice packet along with the carrots, then lower the heat to medium. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Then, add the noodles and cook for 6 minutes.
  4. Assemble your ramen and top with the corn, carrots, roasted chicken, hardboiled eggs, kimchi and scallions. Enjoy!
