Ingredients

- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped green chilis
- 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- ½ chopped shallot
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- Handful of coriander leaves
- 1 ½ cups water
- 3 large eggs, mixed
- 1 packet of immi ramen in Roasted “Pork” Tonkatsu
Instructions
- In a deep skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Add green chilis, ginger, shallots, garam masala, red chili powder, and stir until the shallots become translucent.
- Add tomatoes, coriander, and water. Let the water come to a boil.
- Add immi noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the egg mixture over the noodles, cover and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Mix and enjoy!
