Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chilis
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • ½ chopped shallot
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 3 large eggs, mixed
  • 1 packet of immi ramen in Roasted “Pork” Tonkatsu

Instructions

  1.  In a deep skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add green chilis, ginger, shallots, garam masala, red chili powder, and stir until the shallots become translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes, coriander, and water. Let the water come to a boil.
  4. Add immi noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the egg mixture over the noodles, cover and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Mix and enjoy!
